Angela Victoria- Managing Partner--is familiar with every aspect of the business and wears just about every hat in the years that she's been with us.
She is often the voice on the other end of the line, following-up on your cleanings, processing your credit card, and taking all your comments and passing those along to our cleaners. Her display of professionalism and perfectionism aids in the continual growth of our company.
Because we only hire the highest quality professionals (about 1 out of every 10 we interview) Angela specializes in interviewing, inspecting, and backgrounding checking, each potential candidate before they ever step foot into a home.
We do not hide the fact that each girl is hired on a trial basis.
The work ethic our cleaners displays along with intangible aspects that our experience tells us is " a good investment" is what Angela is inspecting everyday. Angela ensures that our methods are not just executed but understood. In this way she imparts the skills that allow each girl the opportunity to be promoted to team leader.
Carrie Rogers--Team Leader/Trainer heads up our Commercial division. Carrie's work is truly outstanding in every area. Her extra attention to detail and special care with client's most personal requests has consistently earned her rave reviews. She is an important part of the Cleaning Girl family. Carrie is responsible for in-house quality control and ensuring each person she trains understands the Gold Standard Checklist, policies, and protocols. Carrie's leadership adds an extra layer of consistency for our clients.
Erin Joslyn--Team Leader, manages all new team members. Erin's experience and expertise in residential & commercial cleaning made her a fast rising star. Her excellent leadership was recognized her very first day on the job. Erin's work ethic, commitment to consistency, and dependability has earned her high remarks from the clients; making her promotion to team leader an inevitable transition. Erin's responsible for general managing and ensuring that each house meets the specific client requests and Gold Standard Checklist.
