The Cleaning Girls, LLC

Was started by Michelle R. Lockhart, who now oversees all administrative operations. Prior to becoming an entrepreneur, she worked for The Ritz-Carlton Hotel Company, L.L.C. Manager of the V.I.P. Concierge Lounge. The Ritz-Carlton Hotel Company has received all the major awards in hospitality and leading consumer organizations and is the first and only hotel company twice honored with the Malcolm Baldrige National Quality Award from the United States Department of Commerce.

She graduated from University of Missouri-KC with a degree in Political Science and International Relations. She studied abroad in Germany, France, England, Czech Republic, Mexico, and Turkey. 

With the skills attained from her top level concierge training, and management tenure she strives to build the best quality residential cleaning service. The Cleaning Girls, LLC is committed to the growth, recognition and development of talented and motivated individuals.  

Yet while the company continues to grow, all the personal touches and same principals that worked for the first Cleaning Girl--Great attention to detail, to strive for the "wow" factor, to triple inspect each house before it's left, and always display the highest level of professionalism, are still firmly in place.
